Please note that all products in the LifeSite Shop are priced in U.S. dollars. Approximate exchange raters have been provided for convenience. Final sale prices in alternate currencies may vary on credit card statements.

Which Items are Refunded or Replaced 

ShopLifeSite orders are fulfilled by a third party vendor and shipped on behalf of LifeSite. Refunds and replacements are granted when an item that you purchased is delivered with a defect or error. In these cases, you will have the option of getting a refund for that item or having the same item reshipped to you. 

Which Items are NOT Refunded or Replaced 

Because every item at ShopLifeSite is custom printed after an order is placed, we don’t keep printed items in stock and can’t accept returns unless the products are defective. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted due to incorrect or unwanted size, design, or color selection. These items will not be refunded or replaced at this time.  

A Note on Garment Size and Color 

Please pay careful attention to garment size guides when you select apparel to add to your cart. Garment sizes can vary by maker; size guides are provided for your convenience so you can select the best fit. Please also note that the color of an item may appear differently on a computer screen or a smartphone screen than it does in real life; ShopLifeSite and LifeSiteNews are not responsible for any discrepancies in color. 

How to Place a Claim for a Refund or Replacement 

Claims for refunds or replacements must be placed within 4 weeks (28 days) of delivery. If an item you ordered arrives damaged, defective, or in error, please take pictures of this item. Within 4 weeks (28 days) of delivery, send the pictures, your name, order number, and description of the problem to: [email protected]. Your claim will be reviewed by the manufacturer. Upon manufacturer’s approval, you will be given the option for a refund or replacement. 

If an item you ordered was not delivered and the tracking status does NOT show the item as delivered, please contact [email protected] within 4 weeks (28 days) of the estimated delivery date with your name, order number, and description of the problem.  

Cancellations and Order Modifications

Order cancellations and modifications must be made before an order is fulfilled (custom printed) by the manufacturer. Orders may be fulfilled as quickly as an hour after order placement. Average fulfillment takes 2 – 7 business days. While we try to accommodate requests for order cancellations and modifications, we cannot guarantee that any request for order cancellations or modifications will be possible.
